Questions to the coach, calls and announcements

Asking a question

The Questions page lets you write to the coach about a lesson, a reading card, a practice question, a domain, or a general topic. From a lesson, a card or a practice session, the “Ask a question” link fills in the context for you; you can remove it.

• The title is optional: left empty, the start of your question becomes the title.
• Answers aim to arrive within 48 hours. They appear on the Questions page and by e-mail.
• Each question has a state: Waiting, Answered or Closed.
• To avoid bursts, the number of questions is limited: five per hour at most.

Leave health details and other people’s names out of your questions.

Your cohort’s FAQ

The coach may reuse a question useful to everyone in your cohort’s FAQ, rewritten and without your name. If that happens to yours, the page tells you. Otherwise, a question stays between you and the coach.

Calls

The Calls page lists your appointments with the coach. He schedules them: you see the date and the video link appear. Past calls keep their feedback.

Announcements

Announcements gather what Matthieu shares with the cohort. The bell in the header shows unread announcements.
