Data, privacy and what the coach sees

Who sees what (coach, cohort, pod, gym), where your files and videos go, how to export your data or delete your account.

What your coach sees

Matthieu sees all your preparation data, so that he can support you:

  • your self-assessments, your lesson progress, your practice answers and your mastery;
  • your study plan, your submissions and their files, your questions;
  • your mock exams and your estimated range;
  • your hours log (witness contacts included), your CEU tracker and your exam result;
  • your judgment index;
  • the tutor conversations you choose to share, and no others.

His dashboard also flags situations that need attention, for example a week without activity or a question still unanswered past the target time.

What others see

  • Your cohort sees what you choose to show in the film room (your first name, the assignment title and your videos, never your text), and the questions reused in the cohort FAQ, rewritten and without your name.
  • Your pod sees the video submissions you share with it, and your reviews.
  • The cohort goal adds up everyone’s activity, with no ranking and no names. It only appears from three members upwards, so that nobody can guess the activity of others.
  • Your gym, if you are attached to a partner gym and only if you agree: the owner and managers see your lessons done, your quiz mastery per domain (in %), your approved assignments, your judgment index, your planned exam date and your last activity. Never your videos, submissions, answers, questions or your coach’s comments. You can withdraw your agreement at any time from the dashboard.

Your files and videos

  • The files you upload (PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP, 50 MB at most each, 40 files per account) are kept in private storage, readable only by you and your coach, through a temporary link.
  • Your videos stay on YouTube, set to “Unlisted”: the platform only keeps the link. Removing the video from YouTube removes it everywhere.
  • The See & correct clips are private videos, played through a temporary link.
  • Film room sessions are not recorded.

Keep health data and anything that could identify a client out of your submissions and questions.

AI features

They are only used with your agreement, given in the platform and withdrawable:

  • the tutor sends your messages to Anthropic (United States); a conversation is deleted after 90 days;
  • the AI pre-review sends the text and the PDF of your submissions to Anthropic, never your videos, your images or your name.

The platform’s privacy policy details these transfers.

Exporting your data

In Profile, under Mes données (“My data”), the Exporter (“Export”) button downloads your whole history as JSON: profile, CCFT preparation, training, site forms. Uploaded files are not included as such: the export shows where they are stored; ask your coach if you need them.

Deleting your account

Still under Mes données, Supprimer mon compte (“Delete my account”) opens a confirmation: type SUPPRIMER to confirm. Deletion is permanent: your account, all your data, the files you uploaded and the site forms sent with the same address are erased, and you lose access to your preparation.
