After the exam, result and retest
Reporting your result, what you share or not, the week-by-week retest plan and the “guarantee until the retest”.

“How did the exam go?”
Once your exam date has passed, the dashboard asks you. You choose a result: Passed, Did not pass, Postponed or Not taken yet. If the exam is postponed, you can enter the new date; your coach updates your exam date.
If you did not pass, you can also enter, if you wish, the level of each domain shown on your official report, on the platform’s scale: below, close to, or at the expected level. Only that level: no exam question is asked for or stored.
You can correct your report later.
Counted in the statistics, or not
A checkbox lets you agree to your result being counted, without your name, in the preparation’s aggregated statistics. Without it, the result is used only for your own follow-up. You can withdraw your agreement at any time.
If you passed
Well done. The CEU tracker then helps you prepare your recertification.
The retest plan
If you report that you did not pass, the platform offers a retest plan, week by week, up to the first possible retest date:
- the domains that weigh most on the exam and are furthest from the expected level come first; without a per-domain report, the plan follows each domain’s weight;
- each week has a focus domain and concrete goals: rereading lessons and cards, a number of practice questions, an assignment, reviewing your mistakes;
- the plan ends with a final review and a full mock exam.
It is a working tool, not a guarantee of passing. It contains no exam question.
The “guarantee until the retest”
If you completed the path and did not pass the exam, your access can be extended free of charge until the retest. It is an access extension, never a refund.
The platform’s “Guarantee until the retest” page lists the conditions one by one (coach’s green light, required assignments, lessons, practice questions, failure reported in time) and what you are missing. Once you meet them, your coach confirms the extension; the new access end date then appears.
