Where the platform lives
The CCFT Prep platform is a web app at svrn.care. You sign in at svrn.care/login. There is nothing to install.
Access by invitation
No account is created on its own: Matthieu enrols you. He enters your e-mail address, your name, the language of your preparation (French or English) and, if he knows them, your cohort and your target exam date.
You then receive an invitation e-mail (“Your access to your preparation”) with an Activate my access button. The link is personal and works once. If you were not expecting the invitation, simply ignore the e-mail.
Online purchase is not open yet. To join the preparation, use the contact form or write to contact@matthieuvanderkelen.com.
Signing in: a link, never a password
- Go to svrn.care/login.
- Enter the e-mail address of your invitation, then choose Send me my link.
- Open the most recent e-mail you received and click the link: you arrive signed in.
The screen tells you where your account stands:
- Account recognised: your sign-in link has just been sent.
- Activate your account: your account exists but has not been activated yet. A new activation e-mail has just been sent: click the link in the most recent e-mail.
- No account found for this address: no e-mail is sent. Check that you are using the address from your invitation; if you have not been invited yet, contact your coach.
Nothing arrived? Check your spam folder: the e-mail may take a few minutes to arrive. After a short wait, a button lets you resend the e-mail, and Use a different email address lets you correct the address. To prevent abuse, repeated requests are limited: if the screen says “Too many attempts”, wait a few minutes before asking for a new link.
An expired or already-used link takes you back to the sign-in screen with a message: just ask for a new link.
The sign-in screen is available in French and English: it follows your browser’s language, and the Français and English buttons at the top of the sign-in box switch it. The choice is remembered on that device and does not change the language of your preparation.
First visit: three settings
On your first sign-in, the “Welcome to your preparation” screen asks for:
- the interface and content language: French or English;
- where you are at: first attempt, or a retake after a first exam;
- your target exam date, optional: leave it empty if you have not booked yet.
This welcome screen is filled in once. To change these settings later, ask your coach. As long as your exam date is not set, you can also enter it in your study plan.
End of access
Your access may have an end date, set by your coach. During the last 14 days, a banner reminds you. After that date, a “Your access has ended” screen replaces the preparation pages.
Nothing is deleted: your progress, submissions and practice are kept and come back as soon as your access is extended. To extend it, write to your coach.
Signing out and getting help
- Sign out: Profile, then Log out.
- A technical problem: the “Contact support” link at the bottom of every page, or support@matthieuvanderkelen.com.
- A question about the content: the platform’s Questions page, see Questions, calls and announcements.
