CCFT Prep platform
Your whole CCFT preparation, in one place.
The seven exam domains as lessons and spaced practice, assignments reviewed by a coach, a timed mock exam, and a green light given by a person, never by an algorithm. Independent preparation, not affiliated with CrossFit, LLC.
The free readiness test and the contact form are in French for now.

What’s inside
Study, practice, get reviewed, measure yourself.
A web app, on a computer or a phone, in French or English. Each block links to its page in the guide.
Study path and lessons
Seven chapters, from the heaviest exam domain to the lightest. Each lesson quotes the official statements it covers and links to the reading cards, written in our own words and linked to the source.
How it works, Study path and lessons →Practice and spaced review
Sessions of ten original questions, never reconstructed from the exam. Each question comes back after 1, 3, 7, 14 and then 30 days: mastery is earned over time. After a mistake, an AI tutor helps you understand it from the lessons, if you agree.
How it works, Practice and spaced review →Study plan
Your hours per week and your exam date are enough: the plan spreads the remaining work week by week and tells you whether it fits.
How it works, Study plan →Assignments
Tasks to carry out in class, on yourself or in your programming. You self-review first with the L’Atelier rubric; Matthieu reviews every submission, videos included, with timestamped markers.
How it works, Assignments →See & correct
Original clips of real movement, at exam pace: spot the faults, avoid the decoys, choose the correction that comes first.
How it works, See & correct →Film room and pods
A weekly film room session with your cohort, and a small peer group to review each other with the same rubric, after calibration.
How it works, Film room and pods →Mock exam
160 questions in 3 h 55 min, server-side clock, per-domain report and an estimated chance of passing: a range, never a single number.
How it works, Mock exam →Hours log and CEUs
Your coaching hours with a witness, exportable to CSV, then tracking for your recertification once certified.

Take the readiness test
Three minutes, free: your confidence across the seven domains, your overall readiness and the domain to prioritise.
Request access
The platform works by invitation. Write to me: I enrol you and you receive an activation link. After that you sign in by e-mail, with no password.
Study, practice, submit your assignments
Lessons, spaced practice and a study plan day to day; your assignments are reviewed one by one.
Request validation
Once your required assignments are approved, I review your file domain by domain. The green light to book the exam comes from me, not from a score: an honest snapshot, not a guarantee of passing.

The content follows each domain’s exam weight.
That weight drives your readiness, the weighted practice mix and the split of mock-exam questions.

Ground rules
No braindumps, no promises.
No exam questions
Every question is original and works on the public statements of the Content Outline. The exam is confidential: nothing from it is reconstructed.
No official documents hosted
Reading cards summarise the references of the reading list in our own words and always link to the source. Nothing is copied or translated.
No guarantee
Readiness, the mock-exam range and the green light are honest snapshots, not promises of passing.
A person decides
The green light to book the exam is given by the coach after a review, never worked out automatically.

FAQ
What people ask me most.
What is the CCFT Prep platform?
A web study app to prepare for the CCFT exam (CrossFit Level 3): lessons and reading cards across the seven domains, spaced-repetition practice, a study plan, assignments reviewed by a coach, a timed mock exam, an hours log and a CEU tracker. Independent preparation, not affiliated with CrossFit, LLC.
How is it different from the readiness test?
The readiness test is free and takes three minutes: you rate your confidence across the seven domains and get an overall readiness and the domain to prioritise. The platform is the full workspace that comes next, with a coach.
More in the guide →Will I find real exam questions there?
No. The exam is confidential and no question from it is reconstructed. Practice and mock-exam questions are original, written for this prep, and work on the public statements of the Content Outline.
More in the guide →Does the platform guarantee that I pass?
No. Readiness, the mock exam’s estimated range and the coach’s green light are honest snapshots, not promises. They help you decide where to work and when to book.
More in the guide →How do I get access?
Access is by invitation: online purchase is not open yet. Write to me through the contact form; I enrol you and you receive an activation e-mail. After that you sign in through a link sent by e-mail, with no password.
More in the guide →What language is the preparation in?
French or English, your choice, for the interface and the content. The official Content Outline statements are quoted in English, and the glossary gives each term in French, English and Dutch.
More in the guide →What do I need?
An up-to-date browser (computer, tablet or phone), an e-mail address, and a YouTube account for video submissions, published as “Unlisted”. There is nothing to install.
More in the guide →How much time should I plan?
It depends on your starting point and your exam date. In the study plan you enter your hours per week, from 1 to 40: the plan spreads the remaining work and tells you whether it fits before the exam.
More in the guide →Who sees my videos and my data?
Your coach sees your preparation data in order to support you. Your cohort and your peer pod only see what you choose to share. Your videos stay on YouTube as “Unlisted”; you can export your data or delete your account from your profile.
More in the guide →What if I do not pass the exam?
You report your result and the platform offers a week-by-week retest plan, focused on the heaviest domains and those furthest from the expected level. If you meet the conditions shown in the platform, your access can be extended until the retest: an extension, never a refund.
