See & correct

Train your eye on clips of real movement, at exam pace, across three levels.

Updated on

The idea

You watch a clip, tick the faults you see, then choose the one to fix first. You can add the cue you would give the athlete. Each clip runs on 88 seconds: the pace of the exam (160 questions in 3 h 55 min).

Some options are decoys: plausible faults that are not in the video. The timer starts when you click “Start”; you can replay the video as often as you like within the time. At zero, your answer is sent as it stands, marked as overtime.

The correction

After each clip:

  • a score out of 100, the faults spotted, the decoys avoided, whether you found the priority, and your time;
  • for each real fault, a button to replay the moment where it shows;
  • the expected priority, with its cue and its explanation;
  • the statements worked on (quoted in English) and a link to the lesson or domain to revisit.

A clip is passed when you find the right priority, in time, with at least 75% of options right (faults spotted and decoys avoided). Your last five answers stay available.

The three levels

  1. Slow motion: the clip plays at 0.5×, to take the time to see.
  2. Real time: at normal speed, as on the gym floor.
  3. Group: several athletes at once, to go for what matters.

Three clips passed at one level unlock the next.

Where the clips come from

The clips are original videos, filmed by Matthieu with the written consent of the people filmed. The bank fills up as clips are published: if a level is still empty, come back later. The video files stay private and play through a temporary link.
